MenuFinder Website

The MenuFinder website is the companion site to the mobile app.

Overview

I used a bottom-up approach to designing MenuFinder and started with the mobile app, so transforming a mobile experience into a desktop experience was exciting.  I implemented some new features like a large hero image at the top with the option for it to be a carousel, and a footer at the bottom of the site.

For this project, I used Adobe XD to build a web version of the app that included designs for a desktop view and an iPad view.

Sitemap

I created a hierarchical sitemap for the MenuFinder site.

Wireframing

I created paper wireframes and digital wireframes for different screen sizes.

Low-Fidelity Prototypes

I created low-fidelity prototypes for web and iPad experiences to review navigation in usability studies.

You can view the web prototype here and the iPad prototype here.

Mockups

I created mockups for web and iPad experiences, which implemented feedback from usability studies.

High-Fidelity Prototypes

I created high-fidelity prototypes for web and iPad experiences as well.

You can view the web prototype here and the iPad prototype here.
